IAQ Detectors, the instrumentation brand of Ace Instruments, manufactures CE certified wall-mount and duct-type VOC detectors for commercial buildings, IVF laboratories, and HVAC systems. Each instrument uses metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) sensing technology and outputs via Modbus RS-485, 4-20mA, or Wi-Fi for BMS integration.

There is no single universal ppb threshold for total VOC (TVOC) across all standards, but application-specific limits exist: ESHRE IVF laboratory guidelines specify a TVOC ceiling of 500 µg/m³ to protect embryo culture environments from off-gassing contamination.
