Each instrument supports diaphragm-based DP measurement with output via Modbus RS-485, 4-20mA, or 0-10V for BMS and cascade-monitoring integration.

Differential pressure is the standard method for verifying cleanroom containment. ISO 14644-1 specifies a minimum positive pressure of 12.5 Pa for ISO Class 5 cleanrooms, and EU GMP Annex 1 (2022) requires a monitored, cascading pressure differential between adjacent cleanliness grades.
